Cookie Policy

Group websites · 1 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the Nova8 group uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites, including nova8.co, talent.nova8.co and the Source by Nova8 website (the “Sites”). It should be read with our Group Privacy Policy. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner; strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits; we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy. Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by third parties whose services we use (third-party), and may last only for your visit (session cookies) or for a set period (persistent cookies).

2. The categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into the following categories:

Except for strictly necessary cookies, we set cookies only where you have given consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time (see section 5).

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use, including analytics and marketing providers (for example, Google and HubSpot). These providers may process your data in their own right; please see their own privacy and cookie notices for details. Our use of these providers, and any international transfers involved, is described in the Group Privacy Policy.

5. How to manage your cookies

When you first visit a Site you are shown a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time through the “Cookie settings” link on the Site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies through the providers’ own tools. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Sites work.

6. Legal bases and your rights

In the UK and EU we rely on your consent for all non-essential cookies (as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the ePrivacy rules), and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website for strictly necessary cookies. In Singapore and Malaysia we handle any personal data collected through cookies in line with the applicable data protection law. For your rights over personal data collected through cookies, and how to exercise them, see the Group Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; the date above shows when it was last changed. For any questions about cookies or this policy, contact us at privacy@nova8.co.
